WARRANTY ON OUR PRODUCTS

NAM Equipment Warranty

NAM Equipment products have a two (2) year limited warranty for individual customers. NAM Equipment will warrant its products against defects in material and functionality only to the original owner (whose original purchase document must prove this). Warranty rights are non-transferable. The two (2) year limited warranty on NAM Equipment products is valid only for individual purchasers who purchased the products for personal use. If a commercial entity purchased a product for commercial or professional use, the Product Warranty is limited to one (1) year under the aforementioned conditions.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, some NAM Equipment products may have a shorter or longer limited warranty, whether the original purchaser is a private individual or a professional or business. NAM Equipment products that have a special limited warranty will be specifically detailed on the product sheet.
All pre-owned NAM Equipment products sold online have the same warranty terms as those provided for new products. Otherwise, this will be specified before the purchase is made to the customer.
The warranty period for NAM Equipment products begins on the date of purchase for each product, which will be indicated on the original purchase document (invoice).

NAM Equipment products also carry a 7-day limited warranty against obvious manufacturing defects discovered by the original purchaser within 7 days of delivery.
If any NAM Equipment product is found to be damaged or missing upon delivery, the purchaser will be entitled to a replacement of the product and/or a refund of the price paid only if disclosed on the carrier's waybill. For example, a delivery of damaged or missing items that was not accepted as "unverified goods" will void the purchaser's right to claim. For example, if the purchaser fails to retain the cartons from a delivery of damaged or missing items, they may not be entitled to reimbursement from the freight insurance company designated for that shipment.

The validity of the NAM Equipment warranty is always subject to prior inspection and review of the damaged, broken, and/or defective product or its parts by NAM Equipment. Any warranty claim must be submitted by the customer to NAM Equipment, providing all necessary information to review the claim: for example: customer information, original purchase invoice, a brief description of the claimed defect, photos and/or video of the claimed defect, etc.
NAM Equipment is not bound by the laws and regulations of the purchaser's country regarding product warranties, unless issued by the same country from which the products were invoiced and/or shipped.
NAM Equipment does not warrant its products against any type of breakage and/or damage, and/or consequences thereof, resulting from improper use and/or misuse, mishandling, improper application, alteration or modification, abuse, and/or lack of care and maintenance, whether in terms of use, handling, and storage.

The NAM Equipment warranty does not apply to any damage to property, persons, and/or animals during the assembly and/or installation procedures of NAM Equipment products, and/or while they are in use. Each NAM Equipment product comes with its own User and Assembly Manual (when required by the type of product), along with all necessary warnings regarding the assembly, installation, and use of the product.
The NAM Equipment warranty does not apply to the consequences of standard wear and tear resulting from the use of a product. Examples include the use of some products, such as chipping or fading of the paint and/or colors and/or the galvanized finish.

If a NAM Equipment product is purchased through a distributor or dealer, any warranty claim must be directed to the dealer or dealer first, in accordance with the warranty policies of the distributor or dealer from whom the product was purchased.
NAM Equipment reserves the right to make changes to the design, materials, features, and/or sizes of any NAM Equipment product without prior formal notice. The product warranty does not cover any claims for product specifications, features, or differences in appearance compared to those published in any marketing media, such as catalogs, brochures, or websites.
Products distributed by third parties: The warranty for products not manufactured or labeled by NAM Equipment will be observed in accordance with the warranty rules of the original product manufacturer.
