With the goal of providing you with fast and efficient delivery of your new products, we are constantly optimizing our processes to become better and more efficient every day.
Responsibility for delivery times
Delivery times are approximate and cannot be taken as a guarantee, although they are generally met in 95% of cases. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to change the shipping company with which we ship the package/pallet, always maintaining transit times.
Namequipment.eu's liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions that impede normal traffic by land, sea, or air). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.
If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer will have to pay additional shipping costs for the return of the merchandise.
Before signing the delivery note provided by the carrier, please check the condition of the goods and packaging. Make sure it is sealed and shows no external signs of damage. If there is any damage, please detail it on the delivery note and notify us as soon as possible at namequipment.eu@gmail.com
