Mistake or Deterioration
If you have received a shipment of an incorrect or factory-damaged product, we apologize first and foremost. We will cover the cost of returning the product and shipping the new one as soon as possible. Please contact us at namequipment.eu@gmail.com
Return Conditions
Within fourteen days of receiving your order, you can return it without justification by notifying us using the form on this page. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the product has been received and its condition confirmed, the full purchase amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Items to be returned must not show any signs of use. Please return all components, as well as their accessories, instruction manual, and original packaging. Once checked in the warehouse, the refund period is up to 14 calendar days.
Exceptions to the Return
Custom-made structures or personalized items cannot be returned.
This right of return is recognized in addition to the legally established rights for consumers and users under current legislation, in the event of a lack of compliance with the contract.
